As a Sourcing and Supply Base Engineering Director at Microsoft, he worked on the Surface Tablet's cosmetic and functional development. He additionally was focused on the supplier and mass production process development as well as sustainability support. Charles has held consulting positions with Alcoa for manufacturing and surface finish, with Xm-Squared for materials processing, for Sonos Inc consulting on materials, processing and manufacturing and Jones Tech PLC working on graphite thermal management, EMI shielding, EMC, and battery development applications.
